We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Base Layers
• Gloves
• Footwear that has been removed from original packaging or shows signs of wear

These items are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return or exchange, email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
